This competition is open to new and existing SWIRL Mastercard customers who top up their card with a minimum of €20 within the competition month.

This information allows us to provide you with our service and keep you up to date on any changes or additions made to the product/service that may interest or affect you.

When you visit our website or App we collect your IP address and other information such as domain and host from which you access the internet, the browser and browser version, the operating system and type of device. We do so in order to administer our services and optimise our websites and applications for you.

To enter the competition, customers must top up their card with at least €20 during the competition month.

Multiple entries are allowed. Each top-up of €20 or more qualifies as an entry into the draw.

The more top-ups you enter, the greater chance you have of winning the €200 prize.
The top-up must be completed between the first day and the last day of each month.

The competition runs from the first day to the last day of each month.

The prize for entering this competition is €200 which will be added to your SWIRL Card. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.

Each month, one winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received within the competition month. The draw will take place within the first week of the month following the competition.

The winner will be notified via email within the first week of the month following the competition. We will send this email to the email address that the customer used when they registered their account with us.

The winner will have 48 hours to respond to this email to claim their prize for the competition. If they fail to do so, they will forfeit the prize and a new winner will be drawn at random.

SWIRL Prepaid Mastercard reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to exclude any individual from the competition if, in its reasonable opinion, believes that the entrant is acting fraudulently or in bad faith. SWIRL Prepaid Mastercard reserves the right to vary or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, wherein it’s opinion there is a valid commercial, technical or operational reason to do so.

Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible via email.

SWIRL Prepaid Mastercard is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant. All accurate prize details will be displayed on our Website and on our Mobile App.

These terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Ireland.

By entering this competition, all participants consent to the use of their personal data by Smart Transfer, for the purposes of the administration of this competition.
